Based in the Netherlands, HEMI’s main business is supplying display and advertising units, shelves and racks to retail customers in the Netherlands.  HEMI partnered with Infor for its enterprise solution, beginning with Baan Vc and eventually migrating to ERP LN. To complement this ERP LN enterprise solution, HEMI selected InforBarcode – a data collection solution that takes ease of use to a new level in Infor Baan and ERP LN products, and adds a broad range of powerful features that help companies maximize their enterprise investment. InforBarcode also offers numerous benefits and simplified processes during a Baan to ERP LN migration, which HEMI used to its advantage.  

HEMI uses InforBarcode for the following functions: PO Receipt with Putaway, Cross Docking and Subcontract Receiving, Reprint Receiving Labels, Reprint Production Labels, Reprint Cross Docking Labels, Cross Docking of Receipts, Create Production Order (Shop Floor Control), Report Operation Completion (Shop Floor Control), Hours Accounting, Allocate/Issue, Inventory Adjustments and Transfers, Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory, Item Inquiry and Super Shipping.
